Frank was born on January 8, 1929 and passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018.

Frank was a resident of Oelwein, Iowa at the time of passing.

He graduated from Oelwein High School in the class of 1947.

Frank served in the United State Army in Alaska during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oelwein with Father Ray Atwood officiating. Visitation: 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein. Knights of Columbus Rosary: 4:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home Parish Scripture Service: 6:30 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein with military honors by the Oelwein American Legion Ross Reid Post #9.

Memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
